Everytime I want my birthday visible it isn't showing up on my profile like it's supposed to. I saved everything but it wont work for me. Plz help.

I think it could possibly be because you already have a lot on your profile? Like you have a bio, status, favorite music, favorite movie, TV Shows, and computer games all filled out. Maybe there probably isn't enough space for it to show your birthday?
You could probably try doing it on a different device like your phone or something, but you're going to have to switch to the desktop version on the smartphone first if you want to do that. Or if you have another laptop or computer, you could try doing it on that.

єяиα What is your "Birthday Visibility" settings set to? Also, did you try clicking on the little box in the "Privacy" tab? If you click on the little box (it's next to the " I am 13+ years old and want to change my birthday" text) under the "Change Birthday" section, it will give you the option to enter/edit your birthday. Once you have entered your birthday, click on the "Save Privacy Settings" button and it should display in your profile.

If all else fails just put your birthdate in your bio.

єяиα Hey, I have inquired about the issue with the Proboards staff and this was the response I received: The only thing I can suggest is to maybe try saving the settings through a different internet browser (if possible) and see if it makes any difference. If it still doesn't work, I will get into contact with Proboards and we'll look into it further.

The minimum age that the birthday information will show publicly is age 16, regardless of the privacy and visibility settings. It's one of the terms & conditions of Proboards, which I wasn't actually aware of. I'm sorry about that. If you want to list your birthday, you will have to list it in the bio section for now, unfortunately.

That's got to be one of the stupidest things with Proboards. Yeah, I agree. I can understand why Proboards would want to protect the privacy of younger members, but you should at least be able to share your date of birth publicly if you are between the ages of 13-16. It's pretty ridiculous, but there's nothing that we can do about it unfortunately.
