Should we have a "Recent Threads" tab on the homepage?

I was just curious to hear everyone's thoughts on this idea. Do you think we should have a "recent threads" box/tab on the homepage, which displays all of the threads that have been most recently created on Popedia?
At the present time, there is a button in the "Forum Information & Statistics" tab which allows you to view the most recent threads. Do you think a "recent threads" tab on the homepage is necessary?
