This pretty much sums up my thoughts about Promotional Watermarks in general!

I’m not quite sure how anyone watches their favourite TV shows live on FTA these days with the ever-increasing screen pollution the networks provide. Far too distracting to enjoy said content (more so on WIN, of course but Nine aren’t far behind). 🤮

We also have watermarks in the UK. But theirs (most of them) are much less intrusive. But they weren't hugely liked when they were first introduced.

Interesting. I didn't even know that V had updated it's logo, to be honest. Also, welcome to the forum!

I just came across this from WIN Mt Gambier back in 2002. I assume this WIN mappy watermark (which is just the PRG that didn’t fade into the watermark in this instance like the other markets) was only used there?

That nine.com.au watermark on Nine seems so unnecessary. It was making occasional appearances for a while, but now seems to be permanent.
It is small, but annoying.
