I was just interested to hear other people's opinions on this. I know that there are a few people on our forum who have an interest in Pokemon (*cough @slowpoke1993 , EyewitnessTV  ) and I remember @aaronreturn2004 expressed interest in an Anime sub-board not too long ago, so I thought this might be something worth considering. Do you think we should have an Anime sub-board on our forum?

It was still fresh in my memory.

I have absolutely no interest in anime whatsoever. But I acknowledge and respect that a lot do so it's fine by me.

I like Pokémon but I don't watch any animé. I haven't watched Pokémon in almost 15 years  I don't see why animé threads can't be posted in the TV shows subforum.

I would personally consider Anime as being an example of pop culture, as it is a style of animation and it has a huge following around the world. That's just my opinion on it. We do have a sub-board for films (there is a "movie" sub-board in the Entertainment section), but we don't actually have one specifically for animation. Animation topics could actually be discussed in the "International" board in the Media Lounge. For instance, Pokemon' and other Anime shows could be talked about in the "Asia" sub-board, while topic about American shows could be posted in the "North America" sub-board.
