I have decided to change the name of the forums to "Popedia", as the name better reflects the media and popular culture focus of the website. The new name is more distinguishable to the media-based forum, Media Spy, and it is also more appealing to people from other countries as well, due to removal of the "Aus" part of the forum name.

I remember visiting this forum as a guest and only you and AussieTv posted anything. It was still MediaAus That seems like such a long time ago now! Yep, for a while, @zampakid , AussieTV and I were basically the only people who would post on the boards.

Yep, for a while, @zampakid , AussieTV and I were basically the only people who would post on the boards. Haha - I was visiting for quite a few months before deciding to join you guys. The place looked pretty dead and needed some extra activity! Now SkittlesCat is certainly providing this!

That seems like such a long time ago now! Yep, for a while, @zampakid , AussieTV and I were basically the only people who would post on the boards. Haha - I was visiting for quite a few months before deciding to join you guys. The place looked pretty dead and needed some extra activity! Now SkittlesCat is certainly providing this! Not only did Popedia look dead, but it also had a pretty basic looking design as well, haha.

Please don't be offended, but I did come on here a while ago but I wasn't very interested simply becasue it was never active. Then I just decided well if no one else is I may aswell sign up and then I started posting here pretty often lol  , now I go on here the more the any other forum, lol. I find the threads pretty Interesting aswell.

In retrospect, even I have to admit that Popedia wasn't too good back then and I completely understand why people weren't keen on creating an account on it. It's never really enticing to join a brand new forum, because of how inactive it can be. It's good to hear that you're enjoying visiting/participating on the forum!
