I'm no active member here nor in inthe00s but the latter place seems to be where most people are and in some sense can be viewed as "competition" In which I wonder - where do we stand out? Where does the popedia forum become the popedia forum and not a smaller inthe00s To an outsider it seems the communities are awfully familiar - it would seem logical to most looking to join a community themed around what these are to join the larger one. However even then, the theme of it... perhaps it is only me, but I never can really focus on it all the time - a drifting interest perhaps. I'm not exactly sure what needs to be done here since I don't know where the site needs to go and how it should allign with what it was designed to be, but those are just my two cents. The difference is that inthe00s focuses more on decadeology. Popedia on the other hand focuses on the media.

Sorry man. I got bored of foruming. Don’t know if I’ll see myself coming back. Threads on here and inthe00s are kinda repetitive. Well, I guess you technically already did come back because you just posted that after not posting for a while. Again. I don’t know if I’ll see myself coming back again. I might login from time to time but it’s unlikely I’ll contribute to threads anymore. If you and op are fortunate enough, maybe cooldudez will stay and keep this place going. Though at this point it seems like he’s busy and likely forgot about this forum.

I've been posting a lot less because of things in my personal life like school, my permit, trying to plan for the future, being an aunt, etc. Lately, I've been focusing more on myself and I've been talking to a guy that I like. And I feel like all of that is making me lose interest in generation and decade topics. I don't think there's anything wrong with this forum though.

The reasons I haven't posted as much is that I had moved out of my old home a few months ago and unfortunately haven't been able to secure a new one. My use of the computer is very limited unless I'm at my sisters and the other one is that I just returned to work after having a few months off since the season is starting up again. I do hope this forum gets more people as it progresses. That way more subjects can have in depth conversations.

Maybe there could be a section dedicated to discussing social media. That's something else we can definitely consider. I'll discuss the idea (as well as the ideas for a fashion and/or food sub-board) with the rest of the Popedia Staff and see what they think of it.

I'm going to be making a few tweaks to the forum over the next few hours. This will include updating the "Extra" sub-board, making changes to the Weather Hub and much more. If you have any suggestions on what should be changed, please feel free to say so.
