A couple of months ago, we had a forum contest where everyone could come up with their own designs for a new logo and the submitted entries were then be assessed by the Popedia Staff. Out of the four logos that were submitted, this design received the most votes from the staff. Credit to Syrk (who unfortunately is no longer here) for coming up with the design. There are different variants of the logo (depending on the theme you use):     Please let me know what you think.  I haven't decided on a colour scheme yet, so if you have any suggestions or ideas for the new logo, I would be happy to hear them! There will be tweaks made to the logo over the next few days.

not a fan, looks very similar to a type face used for a record store
from a marketing perspective it does not really catch the eye
