In terms of how much you like each decade, how would you rank them? For example, what would be your favourite decade for music, TV shows, movies etc.
1. 1990's
2. 1980's
3. 1960's
4. 2000's
5. 1970's
6. 2010's
The '90s are personally my favourite decade and I really wish that I could have properly experienced them. Even though I like more songs from the 2000's than I do from the '60s, I still rank the 1960's higher, because I believe it was a much better decade for pop culture.

1. 2010s 2. 2000s 3. 1980s 4. 1990s 5. 1970s 6. 1960s 1960s is last simply because I don't know a lot about that decade  Also the 80's and 00's were close but I put the 00's first because I actually experienced the decade lol

I put the 60s last cause it was too far back and don’t really know all too much about the decade, and what I do I’m not really a fan of. And the 10s are pretty average IMO so second last for them. The 80s and early 00s were pretty cool too. 😜

I'm glad i'm not the only one who thinks that! I put the 60s last cause it was too far back and don’t really know all too much about the decade, and what I do I’m not really a fan of. And the 10s are pretty average IMO so second last for them. The 80s and early 00s were pretty cool too. 😜 That's fair enough. I agree with the 2010s being near the bottom. The only things that define this decade are reboots, hipsters and crappy music. The '00s are really hit and miss for me. I agree that the Early 2000s were the best part of the decade, but even it wasn't entirely great (well, at least not as good as the '90s). A lot of the movies and video games released were pretty good, but music was really varied. Songs such as "Sk8er Boi", "Hanging By a Moment" and "Teenage Dirtbag" are good, but then there's all of the crappy teen-pop groups as well (e.g NSYNC).

Tbh, if 2004-2008 didn't have such terrible music, the 2000s would've been my favourite decade by miles, no contest. However I can't ignore that so therefore it makes the 2000s fall behind the 2010s. In terms of everything else, such as the movies and the general culture, the 2000s definetly beat the 2010s.

I am reffering mostly to the late 2000s as the music is better. I was referring to the early 2000s for the better music. Imo late 2000s music was still pretty bad (especially 2008 )

Backstreet Boys were around before then, however teen-pop still wasn't a dominant genre on the charts prior to 1999. I am reffering mostly to the late 2000s as the music is better. I was referring to the early 2000s for the better music. Imo late 2000s music was still pretty bad (especially 2008 ) The Late 2000's are really "hit and miss", in my opinion. In retrospect, it was a better era for music than the Mid 2000's, although there was still a lot of crappy music being released. I actually started to dislike music in 2008, because of how bad I thought it had become. I do look back on some songs a lot more fondly, but that's only due to nostalgia.
