Facebook or Twitter? Which one do you personally prefer?
I feel as though Facebook has the slight advantage over Twitter, if only for the fact that it's the main way I still keep in contact with my friends. Mind you, I find Facebook to be really laggy; not sure if it's like that for anyone else. It can take almost half a minute just for the newsfeed to fully load.

Years ago I would've said Facebook, but I have since quit both sites. I actually can have a hard time following conversations on Twitter despite being otherwise quite simplistic. It's always been kinda meh for me. Facebook however has just become a monster and I have more things I hate about it these days than I think I ever enjoyed. Imo their biggest mistake is still that horrible homepage. The site was at its best when it was organized in a chronological fashion and it seems like the majority of people agree that they'd still prefer it that way (same on Instagram). If I want to look at what's "relevant" to me, I will go to their individual pages. I'm not sure if it allows you to put people as "favorites" though that could possibly work instead, or you could be able to sort by "hot" or "most recent" like Reddit allows. I don't know I have just found the site so overly complicated since the mid 2010's.

I used to have an account for both websites. I discontinued both accounts because I thought Facebook was too adult-oriented and Twitter was just getting really boring. The only social media website/app I look at now and then is Instagram.

I have amended my part in the poll as I deleted from Twitter a few minutes ago.

I prefer Twitter, to be honest. I feel like it's more inclusive to all ages whereas Facebook is mostly for older people now.

Twitter is more simple and Facebook less user friendly, so based on that alone I prefer Twitter.

facebook because it has much more functionality like FB groups. twitter is just one massive popularity contest like instagram but full of pseudo intellectuals.

In the midst of Facebook making society so divisive, the only positive impact Facebook has had on society is that it has made it where you could find and communicate with long lost family members (Facebook basically became the new Whitepages and Yellowpages. The reason why I said that is because they no longer make Whitepages and Yellowpages. Due to the fact that the majority of the people are no longer using Facebook, you can no longer find & communicate with long lost family members on Facebook right now in 2022. People are no longer using their Facebook accounts and checking their Facebook message inboxes to see if anyone has sent them any new Facebook messages.). I found a long lost family member using Facebook. You can't do that using TikTok. The reason why I said you can't do that using TikTok is because in order to use TikTok, you have to use a username instead of your real name.
