Weird ads are common place throughout the internet and Popedia is no exception.
Personally I just saw a weird ad for dental implants and it looks gross.

I have blocked ads so I don't have that problem. What ad blocker do you use I use uBlock Origin when im on my laptop.

I have no control over the ads that appear on Popedia, sorry.  In the past, I used to spend $8 a month to remove the ads from the forum, however I discontinued it as I figured that most members probably would have had ad-blockers installed. If the ads become too much of a nuisance or affect the loading speeds, i'm open to the idea of removing the ads again.

I don’t see the issue. Yes, the ads and such are annoying but they are everywhere else online. Not much can be done about them, of course. Goes without saying, but installing an ad-blocker add-on on your preferred browser is a must to avoid seeing them in future.
