Yes, I know this is a random poll, but the "Polls" sub-board is also based on general topics as well.  As for myself, I personally prefer Barbecue Sauce. I very rarely use Tomato Sauce for anything, not even meat pies.

Poll: 50/50. Looks like I’m going to have to break the deadlock here. 😉 I have both actually. I use barbecue sauce for when I have a sausage in some bread and tomato when I have a pie (you have to use tomato sauce with a pie SharksFan99 !  ). If I were to choose one over the other I’d pick barbecue I reckon.

What about Ketchup? I find it’s slightly sweeter than the traditional tomato sauce.

Ha, I thought the base for any great bolognese is with the use of tomato sauce (I know I use it if I am making one)? I also use other sauces to mix it up at times. 😜

Both depending on what you put it on. Could only ever have barbecue or sweet chill on nuggets for example. Tomato is my preference on most things like sausages.

Neither. In fact, I don't like any sauces or seasonings except apple sauce and cranberry sauce (although I don't eat meat).
