Just because a new decade started doesn't mean the trends of the previous decade disappeared. What songs from 2010 sound more 2000s than 2010s?
I would say these songs that were hits in early 2010 sound more 2000s than 2010s:

For some reason, I always associate "Whataya Want From Me" more with 2009, even though it was actually a hit in 2010. It's just not the style of music that pops into my mind when I think back to what music was like in 2010. It's very much a Late 2000s-sounding song.
Here's another one I've thought of:
This could be a controversial one, but i'll explain why I've picked it. Stylistically, "Teenage Dream" bares more similarities to Katy Perry's 2008 output (e.g "Hot 'n Cold" and "I Kissed a Girl") than it does with the singles from her 2013 album Prism, which are purely pop. Both the chorus and the bridge have a strong electric guitar beat, the song itself takes influences from pop-rock.

I always thought this song sounded like it was released in 2008.

Justin Timberlake casually forgot it wasn't 2006 anymore back in 2013.
Oh I misread the title. I dunno I guess this bullshit hasn't aged well:

The beat, as well as being by a quintessentially early 2000s rapper, make this sound very un-2010s, imo.

Sorry for the late response but I think Teenage Dream sounds more 2010s because it has that “dreamy” vibe to the song while her 2008 material has a rock edge to it.
