Favorite year of the 1990s - POLL

I also liked 1999. Even though my parents got divorced that year. (They separated in September 1998 but didn’t finally get divorced in February 1999) But other than that I have some pretty good memories of that year. To me 1999 felt like an improvement over 1998. 1998 was just plain sucky for me and is probably my least favorite year of the 90s.
