I'm not entirely sure, but I think the first movie I saw at the cinemas was Happy Feet in January 2007. That's the earliest one I can remember anyway.

I'm pretty sure the first movie I saw in theaters was Cars (2006) on a preschool field trip. At least that's the first one that I remember at all.

Possibly either Lion King (1994) or Pocahontas (1995), I'm not sure. I do know the movie(s) I saw after that: the Star Wars Special Edition re-releases.
