I'll post every month as I go, but since 2020 has been a year full of disasters, I decided to make a timeline. Note that this is not meant to depress anyone, and if you have been affected by any of these events, please seek someone you trust, or don't continue reading, you have been warned.
January 2020:
-January 2: Australian Wildfires ravage, affecting the Victoria and New South Wales provinces
-January 3: World War 3 nearly triggered due to the air strike assassination of Qasim Soleimani, causing a tension between America and Iran
-January 11: First Coronavirus death reported in Wuhan, Hubei
-January 12: Taal Volcano in the Philippines erupted, destroying 20m of land and killing over 6000 people
-January 26: Kobe Bryant, along with eight other people including Gigi Bryant, shocking and sending devastating airwaves to the sports industry, most especially the NBA
-January 30: Covid-19 declared an epidemic by WHO with 9,338 confirmed cases in mainland China
February 2020:
-February 11: The Novel Coronavirus that started in Wuhan now named as 'Covid-19' by the WHO, and cases surpass 50,000 in Eastern Asia, along with 1200 deaths, surpassing SARS
-February 20: Stock Market Crash occurs due to Covid-19, along with tissue paper hoarding and fights
March 2020:
-March 1: Coronavirus reaches 40,000 active cases worldwide, and 3000 deaths. China and South Korea are heavily affected while Italy slowly becomes the epicenter of the virus
-March 11: Covid-19 now declared a pandemic, with Italy and China as the two main epicenters and the virus spreading rapidly in the rest of the world. The NBA, Wrestlemania, and other sports associations have suspended or cancelled their game seasons, and lockdowns take place in North America and Europe. The economic recession accelerates.
-March 26: 3.3 Million people in America file for unemployment due to the recessed economy and Covid, and active cases surpass 333,000 worldwide with 21000 deaths.
