It just ended Despacito's 3 years of reign.
I used to remember YouTube as a platform not allowing people under 13, but has since grown to become a juggernaut for kid's media. Which is pretty worrying considering there isn't that much advisory tools on content there, and some pretty nasty stuff has been disguised as kid's content in the past.
