December is only a few moments away. Meaning the year is almost over. 2021 is coming soon. Does anybody going to miss 2020? For me personally, I am not going to miss 2020 at all! 2020 will go in history as the most wtf years in modern history. Let me know down below.

Anyway I think I might miss March/April and June-September but not the rest of the year. The initial solidarity at the start of the pandemic was beautiful to see. Summer when the pandemic was less severe (at least over here) was very low-key and interesting. Everything since the start of the second wave can go to hell though.

Also theres literally no interesting or distinct pop culture from this year. Someone would need to do research project to come with something to just describe it.

This thought came to me a few days ago. There will probably be a time many years into the future where I wish I was 21 again and had less responsibilities as an adult, which is funny, because I turned 21 during what has been described as one of the worst years of all time. My birthday was just two days after the WHO declared COVID-19 a pandemic. Despite everything that has gone on and how horrible this year has been for me personally, I have no doubt that I will one day look back on the initial covid lockdowns and being 21 with a sense of novelty. Being in your early 20s and living a life of freedom without being tied down is never going to happen again once you settle down, much like how those first couple of months where the world seemingly closed down and everyone had to adapt will most likely never happen again in our lifetimes. We don't realise how unprecedented this year has truly been.
