Ermm... I agree that they shouldn't break pandemic rules but you should never yell at your employees like that. Cancel Tom Cruise.

Ermm... I agree that they shouldn't break pandemic rules but you should never yell at your employees like that. Cancel Tom Cruise. They're lucky that he didn't fire them. They probably got many warnings but broke the rules many times.

Ermm... I agree that they shouldn't break pandemic rules but you should never yell at your employees like that. Cancel Tom Cruise. They're lucky that he didn't fire them. They probably got many warnings but broke the rules many times. You should fire or penalize somebody before yelling tbh. The latter is plain abuse and can lead to trauma and mental health problems. I have seen it with my parents yelling at their employees; they quit not long afterwards with no dignity left.

That said I Co sign the message. When I read the title I was actually expecting to see a video of him jumping on the couch again lmao Ironically him yelling is spreading corona. If you're talking at conversation level you're supposed to stand 2 metres away, but if you're yelling? Stay far far away. The one person in South Korea at the Shincheonji church outbreak managed to infect eight thousand (8,000) other people with his bellowing speech and chants.
