Definitely late teens overall IMO, but I think ages 22 and 23 could be argued as being more similar to the mid 20s in terms of emotional and psychological development. I can't say for certain though, I still have to wait another month until i'm 22.

For me, 20 and 21 were more like my teens but 22 and 23 were more like my mid twenties.

Highly depends on the person. Some people start a career in their early 20s and and that would definitely bring it more closely to their mid-20s

Late teens. I feel like I did when I was 18/19 but with a little more maturity and more confidence in navigating the world.

Now it depends on how you define early 20s as 23 can be seen as 23 and 24 can be seen as both early and mid 20s. 20 is safely closer to late teens than mid 20s while 22 I would say is safely closer to mid 20s than late teens. It depends.

For me, 20 and 21 were more like my teens but 22 and 23 were more like my mid twenties. To be fair, 23 can numerically be part of the mid 20s.
