The brain continues to grow until the age of 25 on average, so there definitely is an argument that could be made about 18-25 being considered as an extended adolescence. Most people around our age are still living at home, working casual or part-time jobs, studying, or simply having a good time catching up with friends. I can also remember reading a statistic not too long ago about there being a higher divorce rate among couples who choose to get married while they are still in their early 20s. People in their early 20s aren't necessarily expected to know what they want out of life, and many would likely consider it to be too early to be 'settling down'.
I'm not sure if I would say that I would actually consider the early 20s to be adolescence, but it definitely isn't outright adulthood. It's a transition between the two.

No, 20-22/24 is not adolescence. You are past your teens at this point.

Yes, early 20s is basically an extension of the late teens.
