Mid 2006-October 2006 transitioned from the mid 2000s or pure core 2000s into the Dark and Digital Era also known as the cultural late 2000s. The Dark and Digital Era ranged from November 2006-September 2008 with 2007 rightfully being the peak. October 2008-September 2009 transitioned out of that into the ElectroPop era. I found the Dark and Digital Era boring, unpleasant, unenjoyable and disappointing compared to the mid 2000s. It felt like a watered down mid 2000s culture, a precursor and foreshadowing to the ElectroPop era of the cultural early 2010s. Def ended before Fall 2008 I am still going to stick with Mid 2008 because pop culture kind of got brighter at the time

2007 is one of my favorite years. Of course I liked it. The aesthetic was gorgeous too.

I liked 2008 better than 2006 and 2007. But at this point, any year before 2009 is nostalgic to me. So I clicked yes.

The dark and digital era was intriguing, but not my favorite era I can definitely agree with that. In my opinion, it was a very fast-paced and exciting time. 2007 was a very revolutionary year.

SUPER fast paced while hectic at the same time, I think maybe if this era had a tiny but more balance to it..it would be on 2002 level
