So I just did a power walk for like 3 hours all around LA, normally in the years prior there would be some vestiges
of the remnants of hipsters, not 1 in sight LMAO Mostly all E-boys and E-girls walking the streets. Just an interesting
observation. I mean we knew hipster was dead in 2016/2017 and 2018 but it really is dead (in the West Coast) Not
one person had a man bun or fedora. I am seeing colorful hair like pink and Billy neon green. Tik Tok attire as well.

Earliest modern hipsters, not very mainstream and is connected to scenester, geek, indie rock and metrosexual looks and subcultures. late 2004 - mid 2005 Hipster looks slightly entering the mainstream and showing minor hints of influencing casual fashion and influencing people to start growing facial hair : late 2005 to mid 2006 Hipster becoming more solidified thing, expanding with more particular imagery and style, becoming identifiable as a group and just starting to be talked about on blogs and real life : mid to late 2006 to late 2007 Hipster becoming trendy and something you roll your eyes and laugh about with friends : mid to late 2008 Hipster starting to become too visible, more manufactured and influencing everyday looks in of 2 out of 5 people: late 2009 to late 2014 Hipster just starting to become subdued and loosing its 2009-2013 sparkle: late 2014-early 2015 Big chunk of hipsters and people slowly turning into yuccie, normcore or just normal guys with beards, undercuts or manbuns that look hipsters but are not real hipsters. Spring/Summer 2015 Hipster looks and older hipsters still present but slowing gradually fading : late 2015 to mid 2018 A few strong influences left or mixed in, especially with casual fashion, but a big chunk of notable hipster and hipster related looks is dead or just barely hanging. Late 2018- to 2021

Yeah. The last time I saw hipsters in Canada was in Spring 2017. I contrast to you here but I kinda liked hipster 😅
