Not trying to make this decadeology but I feel like the 2020s politically has just started. The 2010s is starting to feel a little bit distant away from now.

I expected guilty on all counts when the jury quickly reached a verdict. I never understood the second-degree murder charge since it seemed to me that Chauvin didn't intend to murder Floyd, but the third-degree murder and manslaughter charges were a lot more sensible to me, so I'm glad that happened.

The threatening look he gave the girl who was filming, it looked to me like he was looking for a minority to kill. It unhappily turned out to be George Floyd, but I think any poor black person would have done it for him.
