Use a latitude/longitude-based distance calculator, divide the result from 111, and subtract your result from 90. (BTW, I'm for the most part curious about the climates in it.) BTW, here's a smaller version of the my map which you could use to compare longitudes with another similar sized map:

I used to worry that maybe North America would have a similar problem in Australia with the Great Dividing Range turning the surrounding land into desert, but with the Appalachians and the Rockies, but I was told on City-Data that it would be different because these two mountain ranges don't go from north to south, they go from east to west.
