Any recent years that were special for your personal life or pop culture and seriously miss? I really miss 2016, 2017 and 2018. I find my self thinking about them more than occasional.

I miss 2019. Something about the vibe in the air that year, especially Spring/Summer. I instantly think of "EARFQUAKE" by Tyler the Creator lol.
Also just the fact that it came right before everyone's life was uprooted, looking back it just feels like a "back when everything was good" year.
2018 was alright, but nothing really makes me miss it. 2017 sucked for me personally. Closest year I miss after 2019 is probably 2016, especially Spring/Summer. (I guess that's a common theme for me, lol)

I miss 2019. Late 2015, 2016 and 2018 had bright spots and fun times, but I do not want to relive those years because I do not want to trade who I am or what I have now for who I was then. 2017 sucked for me. I have grown since and cringe at the way I was early 2018 and back.

Late 2018 is ok I guess. What a shame that 2020 could not live up to the hype 2019 tried to set 2020 up to be. It seems as if 2019 is like the build up to what would be this cool, futuristic and fun year aka 2020, but then 2020 crashed and burned from the start. 2020 is a bummer and let down, even more disappointing than Y2K not happening in 2000. If COVID did not happen, then that 2019 vibe would last through at the earliest winter 2022/2023 and at the latest summer 2024. I will always have a soft spot and nostalgia for 2019 because I turned 21. 2019 is lit. I will admit that spring and summer 2016 are epic.

Right now it’s 2016. That year was just very peaceful and carefree to me and just happens to be one of my favorite years of the decade. 2018 and 2019 probably a couple more years but definitely not 2017 personally although culture and music wise yes maybe.

I miss 2020, but today is not too different for me to REALLY miss it. I miss 2015 and 2018 a bit

2009, 2010, 2017 (kind of, but early 2018 was terrible so I'm not sure I'd want to go back).

2019, that year was underrated. The summer was a great time for me.
