What do you mean “their own generation”?
Each decade has an approximate time period on when it’s culture begins and ends. Each decade could theoretically be its own “generation.”
This is sounding very much like decadeology.

Honestly, I know I engage in topics like this many times but I think we need to chill with the decadeology discussions. I think it's getting a bit repetitive and boring at this point and I like discussing topics such as this. It feels like I'm fed with the same information over and over again. How about we start appreciating pop culture from certain decades instead of obsessing over transitions and cutoffs
