I love this concept. Here's my take: 1963: Walter Cronkite announces the unthinkable on live television: The JFK assassination.
1976: Disco was booming in the 70s and one of the most iconic songs from that period is "Dancing Queen" by ABBA.
1983: Michael Jackson was everywhere thanks to the runaway success of Thriller, and the moonwalk (once called the backslide) was widely imitated after this....1984: Prince had his time to shine in the mainstream with "Purple Rain" and the massively popular film of the same name.
1985: The NES came into stores and kids' minds for the Christmas season and helped video games thrive again.1989: The Berlin Wall finally falls.
