I hope we get a backlash against modern rap already already happening Is it really? I don't see any change happening to popular rap right now, and people have been complaining about this stuff since 2017

I don't see any change happening to popular rap right now, and people have been complaining about this stuff since 2017 because we are in mid transit to the change, thats like going on a trip to Disney World and saying halfway in the trip I don't see Disney World yet. Moves are being made right now. Slow shifting gears.

Moves are being made right now. Slow shifting gears. Makes sense then. But I can't even see the small changes yet. At most i guess that trap is getting more diluted

I hope we get a backlash against modern rap already already happening Its been happening for years. Nothing can be done about it till it fades out on its own. Musical shifts is like a nature phenomenon that you can't rush out. Trap is still a new idea in its streak. Listen to Drake, J Cole or wait for Kendrick.

Listen to Drake, J Cole or wait for Kendrick. I actually like trap music lol. It's only been SUPER popular since 2017 so I don't see why so many people think it's so long in the tooth.

Well, people wanted disco to die the year after it became popular so...
