2017PA: Quote of the Year

I was thinking that this might be a good idea for the 2017 Popedia Awards. For the awards, we could each nominate certain comments/quotes that have been made by other members and then, during the 2017 Popedia Awards, we would all vote out of the nominations, to determine the "quote of the year". I just thought this would be a light-hearted, yet fun thing to include into the Popedia Awards. You can nominate a quote/comment which you really like, or thought to be really funny.
There are a couple of rules to nominating a certain comment/quote:
* You cannot nominate a comment you have made.
* You can only nominate one comment/quote.
