That obviously means that he can't access Popedia anymore, especially if he is trying to create a replica of it.  His new forum will more than likely be deleted. Poor Skittles, SkittlesCat, Skitt, whatever he wants to call himself. I doubt he will get one single member to signup. Currently he is talking to me, myself and I. So sad!  Honestly, who literally calls their forum "Goodforum"? LMAO  😂😂😂

It seems like a while ago now that SkittlesCat was actually on this forum. I think he has finally given up on trying to access Popedia, which is good. He hasn't visited the site in almost a month.

This might be something to watch out for. There is a new user on PerC called "SuperMarioPlushBoner2009". He put his birthday as having being born in 1950, but that is false. His posts are strikingly similar to SkittlesCat's. I think it might be him. personalitycafe.com/search.php?searchid=58038850

I never check IPs unless I have reason to suspect someone and I did with him, his 5 posts were a bit weird. So to answer your question, yep yep. In fact when I went to put his IP in the site checker site, it appeared automatically as I had put it in before. (months earlier)
