Musically, 2021 feels like a watered down 2020. Especially in Hip Hop atm.

2015 was a major improvement over 2014 pop culturally and ushered the 2010s into its "dark era". Definitely not a watered down version.

Apart from the music (which sucked), 1980 wasn't actually a bad year as a whole.
