I have noticed a few or some board members mentioning how the PS1 and PS2 debut games sucked or was lackluster. Is this true for other gaming consoles? The exception is Dreamcast which had a major dope launch PS1 launched with crap cames PS2 had almost nothing but Tekken Tag PS5 nothing that noteworthy other than Miles Sega Mega Drive didn't even have Sonic until 3 years later Sega Saturn LMAO joke launch ( KB toys refused to even carry the systems games) SNES is up in the air, Super Mario World was good but it also launched with Pilot wings and sim city (kind of meh games)

Let's not even get started on the PS3.
I'd say the consoles that actually had a strong launch were the Xbox, Wii, Nintendo 64, Nintendo Switch, and NES. It appears that Nintendo consoles tend to have strong launches whilst Sony consoles tend to have weak launches.
