What do yall think of this era of trap where it was dominated by one Atlanta producer? Do you think it's kinda dated?

2012-2014 was the Mike Will Made It era
2013-2015 was the DJ Mustard era

Wouldn't say dated as there's still some teenagers enjoying these kinds of songs, but does sound different compared to today's rap songs.
I have mixed feelings about this era, some songs were quite dancy and catchy, but a lot of them are just mumbling.

I really don't miss the Vine challenges of 2016-17 which I associate these songs with. One thing that I'm so glad pop culture has moved on from.
