A huge hit in 2013 but it sounds kinda 2000s with a Timbaland beat that would come out in 2006.

Mirrors would definitely fit in 2006 or 2007 yeah.

This one from 2011
Another Justin Timberlake hit from the same album as mirrors. This was popular in 2014 but fits anywhere in the 2000s Yet another Justin Timberlake song from the same album. His 2013 album The 20/20 Experience had quite a few 2000s holdovers
I feel like this is on the cusp of 2000s leftover and very early trap
Besides the Nicki Minaj verse, this could fit in 2005-2009

I've always kind of felt that way about this song.

I've always kind of felt that way about this song. I'm sorry but this is typical early 2010s electro house.

This came out 10 years ago. It was the last Poppy-Rock song to do well in the top 40 charts, Sounds more home to the Mid-Late 2000s.

I always thought "She Looks So Perfect" by 5 Seconds of Summer in 2014 sounded a lot like that song. Of course, 5SOS and Hot Chelle Rae are completely different types of bands.

It sounds way more poppy for pop-rock standards in the mid-late 2000s. It could be a hit in 2009 though. It certainly wasn't the last pop-rock hit of the 2010s:

I meant in a way 2000s-esque kind of way. The other songs that you posted sounded more on the 2010s territory.

Maybe the late 2000s but I don't see how this fits in the mid 2000s, I don't hear any pop rock songs from the mid 2000s that sounds like "Tonight, Tonight". Try does have some 2000s elements in it.

You have a point though. "Tonight, Tonight" would sound out of place in 2004-2006 era. The song would do extremely well had it came out in 2008.

Y'all are fighting over pop rocky songs from the early 2010s when a literal rock song did well in the charts in 2013:

Same with "Ain't it Fun" (kinda):
