I think Fouseytube has lost his sanity since 2016, maybe earlier. I watched him back in 2015 and early 2016. His content seemed enjoyable, but then it got annoying fast or maybe it was me.
I used to watch Lilly Singh aka Superwoman from 2014 to early 2016. Ever since she moved to LA from Canada, her content got boring fast. Now she has a show called A Little Late with Lilly Singh which is a train-wreck. I mean it is so bad to the point YouTubers are making fun of her with one or some of them saying that her humor is stuck in 2010. She became irritating and obnoxious with culturally appropriating black culture. I watched Adam Saleh a bit from 2018 to 2020. I do not watch him anymore. He is racist, culturally appropriates black culture and is a hypocrite. Adam tries to act like a pure religious Muslim, but he is anything but that. He is quick to point fingers at others, but fails to look in the mirror.
I used to watch TheFutureKing from 2017 to 2019 or 2020. His content got boring and repetitive fast which is mostly about him bitching about why our present time sucks, how he is the greatest human of all time and everyone else is beneath him.
I will not lie, the videos bashing these YouTubers are funny, especially the songs trashing TheFutureKing.
I am sure there are more reasons, but this is all I can think of.

I used to love watching the Film Theorist but got eventually bored of him. Nowadays the movie theories are so farfetched they're hardly interesting to follow.
Same with WatchMojo. I used to love watching their top videos religiously but the constant samey content really dried up my interest in the channel over time.

SuperMarioLogan. I used to LOVE watching his videos for YEARS, well before Jeffy became a thing. I was obsessed with him honestly. My interest waned around 2018, but after Nintendo sued SML, he stopped using the plush characters, and now he only uses puppets. He completely changed his identity, and lost all his appeal, since he does not use Mario characters, or any other characters from other fictional works anymore. His channel nowadays has nothing in common with 2015 SML anymore, let alone 2011 or 2008 SML.
I also used to watch The Annoying Orange back in the early 2010s, like many people. I eventually gave up on him as his content became more repetitive and corporate, though unlike SML, I can't even say I'm much a fan of his OLD content nowadays. It hasn't aged that well.
LeafyIsHere is another YouTuber I don't watch anymore. Loved him in 2016, but stopped watching him as I lost interest in commentary videos. He's not on YouTube anymore. Some of his videos are still funny, but TBH the whole "guy talks about other YouTubers whilst playing video games" shtick gets quickly repetitive.

I used to watch Smosh all the time when I was 10 but ever since the new squad came through and Anthony's departure, the channel has grown stale and boring. Their videos used to have millions of views with just Anthony and Ian but now they have less than a million views on every video they make nowadays.
Ray William Johnson is also another one. He still posts stuff but it's just not the same as he was when he was hosting =3 back in the early 2010s. He was everywhere back then and he was no joke. It's sad to see him fall off because he was funny and I remember being so excited when a new episode of =3 premiered.
When it comes to gaming channels, I used to watch CaptainSparklez but I have no idea if he still creates Minecraft content because I haven't watched him in years.
There's still a lot of YouTubers I have stopped watching but these 3 were top tier when it came to me watching any kind of YouTube content back in my childhood days.

I think the whole internet grew tired of the annoying orange but nonetheless they're an icon of the 2010s

Too many to list, mostly niche, hobby or subculture related, many because of policy changes, and people dropping out, selling out, or only occasionally posting. Youtube has had a drop in quality and has become oversaturated with clickbait since the late 2010s but had gone really downhill around 2020.
2008-2017ish was a much better time for Youtube series, and content in general, it felt more exciting.

Shane Dawson - Obvious reasons
Smosh - Stopped watching shortly after Anthony left
Swoozie - I still watch him from time to time but not nearly as frequently
iiSuperwomanii/Lily Singh - After she fully went mainstream and started being on tv I wasn’t much into her content much. She got cringy overtime to me too
Connor Franta - He became less active

I used to watch Atozy (commentary channel) a couple of years ago, as it allowed me to keep up to date with internet happenings. I stopped watching and unsubscribed a while ago. I think I just lost interest in the subject matter he spoke about, usually self centred online celebrities creating drama.
Also used to watch LeafyIsHere back in 2016. His sweary videos reflected my mood at that stage of my life, but I stopped watching him because I wanted to move away from that degree of negativity.
Had a REALLY brief phase where I watched Isaac Butterfield, but got sick of his swearing for the sake of it and alt right political views. I now cringe when I see him in my recommended.
