His previous single Whatcha Say is late 00s for sure. This I would put it on the cusp, leaning early 10s. Same thing with Ridin Solo.

How does this lean 10s? It has eletric guitars in it trying to mimick the rock sound of the 00s, and the synths sound straight out of gaga's first album.
