I would have to say :
1.N64. Small games library, not enough 3rd party and creative concepts, not enough rpgs. 2.Sega master system. Games are either too impossibly difficult or too easy. Not enough stand out games. 3.ZX spectrum (1980s computer). Too many low budget games made by small game companies, tapes don't hold up well over time causing them to freeze or stop working, loading times too long.

I had n64 and ps1 during that generation and HATED n64 due to the droughts, 100% OVERRATED AF, yeah Super Mario 64 dropping was cool and game changing and we were all talking about it for 6 months, but man THOSE DAMN DROUGHTS !!!! I also never liked the graphics of n64, looked like blurry Vaseline. I remember when someone in the sh*t forum who was not alive then thought that N64 won that console war due to revisionist history.

Yeah pretty much. Outside of the PS1, I think the PC games from that era still had that cool experimental feel with underrated games like neverhood, postal, redneck rampage and heart of darkness deserve more credit, also Japanese Sega Saturn games were much better around that time. I see N64 as an amazing graphics fad of late 1996-mid 1997. Later on were some good games like golden eye, perfect dark, and zelda but just not enough overall as system to only own on its own.
