Inspired by a conversation John Titor I had on one of their 1990s threads:
Gamecube - Super Mario Sunshine (2006) from Fry's Nintendo DS Lite - American Dragon Jake Long (2006) from Target PS2 - Lego Batman or Midnight Club (2008) from Target I guess PS3 - Michael Jackson The Experience (2011) from Walmart PS4 - NBA 2K15 or Fifa 15 or GTA V (2014) not sure about this one lol from Game Stop Nintendo Switch - Mario Kart 8, Super Mario Party and La Noire (2019) for my 21st birthday from Game Stop
What games do you believe was the saving grace of the consoles you purchased?

Like 90% of the reason I got a 3DS was to play Pokemon X/Y. Apart from that I just get consoles for general improvements and the general selection of games on there, not for one specific game.
