The Internet in general is culture just putting that out there, a song on Tik Tok came put a song from 2001 back on the charts for several weeks.
It's not the past anymore where it has to be TV that is culture, its literally the internet

YouTube has been influencing the charts since the early 2010s ffs

Of course they're part of our current pop culture. Spotify's been in the popular consciousness since the mid-2010s (according to most statistical data, anyway). TikTok became huge in late 2019 with it being a household name in the thick of the pandemic last year.
