The original ads are just genius from a design point of view... Not only they looked beautiful but they also made the ipod stand out
Of course apple would be reviving it
Although i think this is somewhat out of character for them

I say it's out of character because apple usually loves to kill-off, bury and forget their old products (i think people call it "self-cannibalism")

they revived color imacs so I am not surprised tbh They've been acting like this since Johny Ivy left I am all for it , I NEVER liked when apple went all metal boring look. It only really looks good for macbooks and ipads but for imacs I hated it. I love the colors very reminiscent of the 98-2001 design.

For once Apple made a smart decision since the 2000s. I love the 2000s aesthetic. me 2, LOL @ the people on Mac rumors pressed because the design is a change.... too bad hahah I LOVE the look

Now that I'm in my 20s, I'm getting nostalgic over my childhood from the 2000s.  Yes LOL at them! I think Apple went downhill around 2008-2011 (not sure when, but that's my guess) when they started switching over to the 2010s flat and minimalistic design instead of the 2000s pop-out, bold look. When Steve Jobs died, that was it for Apple. While they were still successful in the 2010s, their success wasn't anything compared to that of the 2000s imo. Hopefully the 2020s are a renaissance. I'm optimistic for the 2020s as it still has time to turn itself around. When Steve Jobs died all the innovation went with him. The color imacs and ipads is a good sign. Maybe apple finally gets that they F'd up.
