For George W Bush, I’d say between March 2003 to August 2005 with events going from the start of the Iraq War to his horrible response to Hurricane Katrina.
For Obama, I’d say around 2010-2014 with Republicans winning November 2010 election, Occupy Wall Street and his immigration policies.
For Trump, it’s kind of hard to say. He still has large cult followings today. Maga 2024 rallies are ongoing. Maybe the November 2018 elections when democrats gained back some control might’ve screwed him over since he couldn’t pass any more or as much of his divisive laws.
For Biden, I’d say August 2021 with his terrible handling of the the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Afghan.
