As like a nostalgia linear network ( similiar to what pluto tv is doing with their viacom channels) I think it potentially could. Companies need to start experimenting with actually good concepts. It seems like something someone could legit pick up. It’s just a matter of when.

Even use the old back lot for the bumpers with the frog.

I think it could work out, seems like an interesting concept. I cannot believe over 15 years passed since WB ended in late 2006. Would this be on cable or a streaming platform? Could be on both, Pluto would work because it's free and Viacom owns a portion of The CW as well as Warner. The WB should have never ended. When you thought of The WB network you knew you were going to get quality Teen dramas such as these lol. It was a lifestyle network that The CW and Freeform just can't replicate at all.

The WB channel seemed like an iconic staple of cable. I’m surprised it only lasted from around 1993-1995 through most of 2006. It seemed like must watch TV in the mid to late 1990s and the early to mid 2000s like if someone wasn’t watching or keeping up, they were missing out big time lol. The WB channel must’ve been unique and had it’s own niche at the time because it was a lifestyle network like you said. I am sure the channel’s ending was sad and probably angered viewers. I think UPN was also WB’s competitor. I remember the WB channel being on Dish cable guide in the 2005-2006 school year and back, then disappeared around the start of the 2006-2007 school year.

The WB had massive coverage, not only on cable/Satellite systems but was also carried on over the air. Fox & NBC in the late 90s was going for more "adult" shows so The WB saw a gap that could be filled, the teen audience that Fox nor NBC or even HBO was going for. It actually ended up paying off and by 1999 The WB's prime time offerings along with Kids WB block proved to be a SMASH hit. I know some people like to downplay The WB network's importance to pop culture but seriously almost every show they had became water cooler talk at school. - Dawson's Creek ( Katie Holmes became who she was because of that show) ( the show frequently made headlines)- Charmed ( cashed in on the whole Teen Witch craze) - Buffy The Vampire Slayer ( do I even need to explain ? lol)- Sabrina ( moved from abc to The WB in 2000 and got more adult) - Smallville ( also constantly was in the news and made water cooler talk) - One Tree Hill ( prob the most popular WB show of the mid 2000s)- ANGEL ( the spin off of Buffy)- Gilmore Girls- FelicityThe WB network was pop culture lol, they should have never merged it was not worth it. Atleast keep the WB branding !!! It was a license to print money.
