2020 is the obvious one lol. Felt like everyone was eagerly waiting for January 1 2021 like it would return everything to normal.
I'm excited for 2022, mainly just cause it's a cool number.

2020 is the obvious one lol. Felt like everyone was eagerly waiting for January 1 2021 like it would return everything to normal. I'm excited for 2022, mainly just cause it's a cool number. Yeah I couldn’t wait for December to come in 2020 lol. 2022 is a cool sounding number. For the first time since 2000, 3 of the digits are the same. 2000 started on a Saturday. 2022 also starts on a Saturday.

I even mentioned me being happy that 2009 was over in the worst 2000s summer thread. Lol. I remember people hated the 2000s so much in December 2009 lol, most of that hate was mostly towards 2008 and 2009 tho

I think December 2009 had a newspaper or online article that called the 2000s, the decade from hell which imo is a huge stretch. They didn’t know what they had coming. Maybe 2008, but definitely 2009 deserved the hate. I recall around 2011-2013, people thought we already entered the 2010s in 2008 which aged terribly lol. I know right lol
