Haha. It wasn't the Shoutbox, which was at the bottom of the page. It was a separate chatbox, which was situated on the right-hand corner of the page.  Oh, was it that annoying pop-up I mentioned removing?  No, I think that was the "anger bar".

www.chatango.com/I've come across a live chatbox plugin, which is compatible on all devices and automatically refreshes when new messages are sent (instead of having to press the "refresh" button in the existing shoutbox). You can also upload images and videos in the live chat. I was just curious, would you like to see this chatbox replace the existing shoutbox? Would there be an option for a forum chat that you don't have to register a separate account to use?

That's ok, I understand. Reverting back to the Shoutbox might be something worth looking into, especially if there is enough interest in it. I'll speak to the moderators about it and see what they think of the idea.
