Btw, i predict tumblr is going to be extremely nostalgic in the future, seeing as it peaked in the 10s and died right around the time the decade started to unwind

Around 2014-2015, the colorful campy hipster merged into minimal and dull soft grunge.

I think it's more people reflecting on their past rather than straightup nostalgia, which is fine to me. I just saw Taylor Swift apparently rereleased her Red album today, with a new, kinda cottagecore cover art: The original had a very Tumblr aesthetic: So yeah it's gone, but not forgotten!
