Radio is not the first place to find out what people are listening to nowadays.

I hear early '20s music on the radio but you're right they are really pushing nostalgia now. Heck even the early '20s music itself is nostalgia based as it is sampling instrumentals from the '80s and '00s. Everyone is on the retro bandwagon now and it's getting old. I want something new and fresh. That plus only 3 next gen games so far and no interesting movies coming out. It's like we're in a cultural dead-end.

Radio is not the first place to find out what people are listening to nowadays. It usually is because they play the most streamed songs

Tobey Maguire is coming back next month to Spider-man, I would say thats pretty interesting despite being a retread

It needs a break in the 20s.
