I'd say Time New Roman for Web 1.0 and maybe Arial for Web 2.0 internet as common fonts. As for predominant colors on Web 1.0 webpages, I mostly saw primary colors like red, yellow, blue and neutral colors like black, white and gray. Colors were mostly bold. Not sure if I saw any gradients.
I'm unsure if we're still in Web 2.0 or have moved onto Web 3.0 or 4.0. Some online sources say Web 3.0 began in 2016 and some say that it's arriving, so I don't know.

I'd say we're in Web 3.0. I see it as the era where people are now becoming mainstream celebrities because of their careers on social media. This is still a really recent thing.
As for fonts Arial still seems pretty common everywhere.
