As weird as this sounds it would be like a cross between an alexa speaker and a pet where it has a very advanced AI(not actual consciousness though) that simulates the characteristics and behaviours of cats or dogs or whatever but it can speak and it can also play music or recite information from the internet on command.

My bet is on 2028 Either that or 2030 It could happen mid decade if the 20s doesn't drag it's feet. We already have alexa speakers which is almost the same thing.
