This crap started around 2009 with Avatar and lasted until 2013 with some movies still using it in 2015/2016, seemed EVERY movie was making their stuff 3D to go with imax. You also had gimmick TV's with glasses, what a cash grab lol

I remember 3D glasses being used for cinema screenings when I watched "how to train your dragon" back in 2010.

You also had gimmick TV's with glasses, what a cash grab lol That stuff always looked grey or slightly off from someone's else's greasy fingerprints after they repackaged them. It worked well with some films but it was mostly a gimmick.

It worked well with some films but it was mostly a gimmick. yupp, i hated it, it was clear it was a gimmick to get cash out the of recession recovery

My dad bought a 3D Tv in 2012, never used the 3d feature a year later lol.
