People wearing early 1990s fashions in the 2000s would stick out. Heck they’d pop out of the crowd for wearing those clothes by the late 1990s.
I guess the same could be said about early 2000s fashions in the 2010s, maybe by the late 2000s.
Could the same be said about early 2010s fashions now?
Of course 2010s fashions are no longer stylish, but would people wearing them stick out?
What’s the latest era people can wear fashion from and still get away with and pop out of the crowd?

2010s fashion(the first half) definitely sticks out today. There are videos covering the aesthetics of the time. Most of these would be considered "cheugy" and no longer in style.

Definitely yes, c'mon
A woman wearing hipster glasses and indie/hippie clothes would stick out like a sore thumb today
A guy with that ridiculous justin bieber haircut would too
Mustache print, rave fashion
Even shit from the mid 10s, like pastel goths and soft-grunge already look dated as fuck today
Basically anything before 2018 is already aging FAST

Mustaches( not with early 10s swirly ends the later ones) facial hair, light partly dyed blue or purple hair and casual toned down soft grunge, shaved side hair, excessive tattoos and very toned down parts of hipster and yuccie fashion still passes, appears and isn’t completely 100 percent dated even if past the peak era of those looks . Some rave visuals fashion is still in style just a bit different than 2012-2015. Very subdued pastel goth fashion still passes but very subdued version mixed into casual looks not the full 15-17 look.
Almost every major retail store today carries nearly identical fashion to early to mid 2010s minus 10-15 percent dead, cheesy trends or accessories (resembling the dated fashion in the videos above). The only major other difference is a minor increase in subtle late 90s-y2k inspiration from the last 1 year or so, the most appearing in sprinjg-summer-fall and winter of this year. Most common fashions, which is the majority of everyday fashion, outside of cheesy, flashy or short lived trends are still identical or the same, quite literally, to the early 2010s and they are still sold in the same shops right now. Visit Forever 21, H&M, American Eagle, Urban Outfitters, and there is minor difference to fashion from 5-7 years ago, the core wear still being identical (jeans, t-shirts with 80s cartoons, flannel, basic shirts and sweaters with a 90s strong color palette, vintage looking sweaters etc still in style). Only the flashiest and most stereotypical or completely subcultural but dated early to mid fashion can’t pass.
